My name is Matthew Haynes and I'm from Jackson, MS were I attended Jackson State University and major in History. I'm also a former member the Sonic Boom of The South Marching Band at JSU. After my time playing in organized soccer and track I became aerobic instructor of March Aerobics and have been for the pass 14 years, and currently license as a group fitness instructor by SCW Fitness. Looking to improve myself in health and wellness I enrolled in Mississippi School Of Therapeutic Massage to become a license massage therapist. I have been practicing massage therapy now for 10 years, and currently licenses in Mississippi & Virginia.
