Emma is committed to ongoing professional development and delivering evidence-informed care that is thoughtful, individualized, and practical. Emma is passionate about improving accessibility within healthcare and creating a safer, inclusive, and non-judgmental space for all individuals. She takes a whole person and trauma-informed approach rooted in communication, education, exercise, and manual therapy. Emma believes in listening carefully to each person’s story and recognizes that while she can help guide the process, each patient brings invaluable expertise about their own body and lived experience. She feels genuinely grateful to be trusted with a part of someone’s healthcare journey and enjoys helping people move toward goals that feel meaningful to them — whether that’s improving day-to-day function, returning to sport, or feeling more confident in their body. Outside of the clinic, Emma enjoys running along the seawall, playing soccer, and exploring local coffee shops in search of the perfect latte. Emma is proud to provide 2SLGBTQIA+ friendly care. For pelvic health physiotherapy, she is currently accepting new patients with vulvas.
