Ella Tian became an RMT in 2021 after graduating from Vancouver Career College the same year. She practices techniques including Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point release and muscle energy techniques- which incorporate the patient actively breathing and stretching. She has a handful of experience with treatments of the upper back, shoulder and neck. Ella prefers to make her treatment plans tailored towards promoting overall wellness. She thrives to use massage therapy not only as a tool that facilitates healing of the soft tissue, but also one that reconnects body and mind, and helps the patient feel long term positive results. She is here to help her patients reach their desired level of wellness and function, wherever they are on their journey. In her spare time, Ella stays active by attempting to learn K-Pop choreographies. Her success level varies from dance to dance though.
