Rackel graduated from West Coast College in Vancouver, BC in 1995. She is a member of the College of Massage Therapists of BC, Massage Therapy Association of B.C., and Massage Therapy Association of Alberta. She has been working as a registered massage therapist in B.C. since 1996 and moved to Calgary in 2008. Her treatment approaches include therapeutic exercises, posture awareness and ergonomic assessment. Rackel is certified in LaStone Therapy, Swedish, Sports, Prenatal, myofascial, and positional release. When not at work Rackel and her husband are busy with their three boys. She enjoys going to the gym, bike riding, Pilates and home renovations.
