Julie graduated from the Université de Montréal in 2011 with a combined Bachelor–Master degree in Physiotherapy, followed by postgraduate training in **orthopaedic manual therapy**. Her practice is built around skilled hands-on assessment and treatment, and she is trained in both functional **dry needling and intramuscular stimulation (IMS)**. Many of her patients come to her specifically for this work. Julie provides care in both **English and French**. She works across **general musculoskeletal and sport presentations**, with a particular interest in **climbing injuries**, and has previously worked with collegiate-level sports teams. Manual therapy, needling, exercise prescription, taping, and education all form part of how she works, tailored to what each person is trying to get back to. Outside the clinic, Julie is usually backcountry skiing, or on rock and ice.
