Marie graduated from the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2019 and has been working full-time ever since. Her treatments have a huge emphasis on breathing: the ultimate bridge with the nervous system and Present Moment. The unrestricted 3-dimensional expansion and contraction of the diaphragm and lungs is like an inner massage to the abdomen, thorax, neck, jaw and more! Inspired by her own movement practice, Thai massage and the body’s fascial connections, assisted stretching and strengthening are incorporated to increase range of motion and restore tissue integrity. She also has a special interest in Craniosacral therapy, internal TMJ release and treating scars. Most of all, Marie will appreciate connecting to what it is that brings you to massage therapy and will create a safe space for you to relax, retreat and rejuvenate. Your appointment will include therapeutic massage and craniosacral techniques to rehabilitate soft tissue and bony structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress to promote health and wellness. Appointment time includes assessment, treatment and billing.
