Wilson’s passion for holistic health and wellness began early, shaped by a lifelong appreciation for alternative healing and the importance of listening to the body. After experiencing her own challenges with irregular cycles, nutrient deficiencies, and hormonal changes, she discovered the powerful impact of acupuncture and was inspired to pursue Traditional Chinese Medicine. Wilson is especially passionate about women’s health, fertility, hormone support, facial rejuvenation acupuncture, and microneedling. Her approach is rooted in helping women feel vibrant, confident, and deeply supported — with treatments that honour both inner wellness and outer radiance.
Pregnancy acupuncture offers gentle, individualized support throughout every stage of pregnancy. Treatments can be safely adapted during pregnancy and may help relieve common discomforts such as nausea, heartburn, headaches, round ligament pain, pelvic or low-back pain, and other pregnancy-related symptoms. Appointments may also support relaxation, sleep, and overall well-being during pregnancy. Labour Prep: Beginning at 35 weeks, weekly acupuncture appointments are recommended to help support the body as it prepares for labour and delivery. The full cost of treatment will be charged on missed appointments as well as cancellations with less than 24 hours notice.
