Being a Registered Massage Therapist has been a lifelong learning journey that started at the Alberta Institute of Massage in 1992, since then I have attended numerous conferences, workshops and seminars. I have a deep passion for supporting clients, my work blends clinical knowledge and skilled therapeutic touch. I am continually amazed by the human body. My practice is rooted in creating a space for clients to feel safe, supported and understood. My goal is always to help people to reconnect with their bodies, reduce discomfort and restore balance. Bodywork for the Childbearing Year I specialize in prenatal and postpartum massage including scar therapy, supporting pelvic balance, easing muscular tension, and helping clients adapt to the physical shifts of pregnancy and early parenthood. My work supports comfort, mobility, and nervous system regulation during this transformative time. Deep Tissue Sculpting My training in Deep Tissue Sculpting allows me to work deeply without force — using slow, precise techniques that encourage tissue to soften and reorganize naturally. This approach is especially helpful for long held tension patterns, postural strain, and the muscular demands of repeated strain, sports and general tension. Orthopaedic Assessment & Treatment Training from the Dr. Ben Benjamin Institute, in Shoulder Assessment & Treatment strengthened my ability to assess and treat complex shoulder conditions, chronic pain, and soft tissue injuries. This knowledge is especially valuable for helping recover from injury and surgery. I am also a Certified Childbirth Educator & Licensed Practical Nurse, I support clients through education and informed choice. I love helping people understand the physiology of birth, explore their options, and feel confident and empowered throughout their pregnancy and birthing experience. My nursing background provides a strong clinical foundation for my work. I have a unique understanding of anatomy and physiology, patient safety and communication, allowing me to provide well rounded care. Outside the Treatment Room When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with my family. I enjoy cooking and baking, international cuisine fascinates me.
