This first session allows Sam to get to know you, your body, and your health history. Through osteopathic assessment and hands-on treatment, Sam will explore how different areas of your body move and interact to identify patterns of restriction or imbalance. Treatment may include gentle joint mobilization, soft tissue work, and subtle osteopathic techniques designed to improve movement, reduce tension, and support the body’s natural healing processes. This service is provided by an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. While not covered by all insurance plans, some extended health plans may provide partial reimbursement depending on your plan.
