I live each day with kindness and gratitude for all that I've been through to have the quiet peaceful life I'm now blessed with. My passion for massage therapy has proven to be the purpose for which I was destined for and I look forward to all the wonderful souls who allow me to help with their healing and journey of self-love and self-care.
Massage oil or cream is used with smooth, gliding strokes. Swedish massage uses ONLY light to medium pressure to help relax muscles, increase circulation and stimulate lymphatic drainage. It is a gentle massage that will ease your stress and allow you to slip into a calm state of relaxation. Do NOT include deep or firm pressure.
