Sarah attended the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy, graduating in 2019. During her studies Sarah participated in several specialty clinics gaining experience with pregnancy massage, Seniors massage, and supported Multiple Sclerosis patients. She has recently relocated to the Fergus area and is looking forward to building a practice in her hometown. As an RMT, Sarah focuses on assessing and manipulating the Muscles, connective tissues and joints of the body to facilitate physical function and relieve pain. She utilizes a combination of Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, and therapeutic exercise to treat and prevent physical dysfunction and pain. Sarah works with each patient’s nervous system, adjusting pressure and technique to reduce stress and promote relaxation. Sarah is excellent at deep tissue massage.
