Point Zero Healing

632 N Semoran Blvd, Orlando, FL, 32807

Dr. Ruth Diez began her medical career in the operating room as a surgical technologist, where she witnessed firsthand how many patients continued to struggle with chronic illness even after surgery and medical treatment. That experience led her to ask a deeper question: **how can we truly help the body heal at its root?** Driven by that calling, she pursued studies in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine at the College of Integrative Medicine and later founded Point Zero Healing in 2014. Today, **Dr. Ruth combines her background in Western medicine with holistic and integrative approaches** to help patients address the root causes of imbalance — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her work focuses on treating the whole person, not just symptoms. Over the years, she has supported **patients dealing with chronic pain, stress, inflammation, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, fatigue, recovery support, and complex chronic conditions** through acupuncture, herbal medicine, lifestyle guidance, and integrative healing therapies. **Dr. Ruth believes healing begins at “Point Zero”** — the place where mind, body, and spirit reconnect in balance.
