Rachel is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner who takes a whole-body, hands-on approach to help you move better and feel your best. She focuses on identifying and treating the root cause of pain and dysfunction, not just the symptoms. With over 15 years of clinical experience as a Registered Massage Therapist, Rachel brings a strong background in manual therapy to her osteopathic care. She completed her training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, earning a Master’s in Practice Diploma in Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc), including extensive education in anatomy, biomechanics, and over 1,000 hours of supervised clinical training. Rachel provides personalized, thoughtful care tailored to your individual needs and goals. She is a member in good standing with the Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA). Outside the clinic, she enjoys time with family and friends, being outdoors, and trying new recipes.
