Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in 2005 and is a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association and the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. Thomas has continued his education and in 2008 he completed certifications as a Certified Exercise Physiologist from the Canadian Society of Exercise Prescription. In October 2014 he completed his thesis at the Canadian College of Osteopathy and graduated as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. Thomas has worked in the health care field for over 20 years working as a personal/rehabilitation trainer, exercise physiologist, foot orthotic consultant and is now a registered as a Kinesiologist and an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner.
