Dr. Meghan grew up long distance running and playing basketball competitively. Her passion for athletics led her to a Kinesiology degree from the University of Waterloo. It was there that she became a student trainer for the varsity baseball team and sought to better her skills by shadowing a local chiropractor. Inspired by these experiences, she completed her BSc Honours Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo, received her Doctor of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and received her Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Provider from McMaster University. Dr. Meghan believes in empowering her patients to take an active approach in their treatment, to more quickly return to the activities they love. Her treatment approach includes education, manual therapy and personalized rehab exercises, combining her education with her experiences as a personal trainer and CrossFit coach. During her free time, Meghan likes to stay active by cycling, hiking and participating in CrossFit. In her downtime you will find her reading a book or spending quality time with friends and family.
