I’ve grown up playing many sports and having chiropractic treatment all my life. From lacrosse and hockey to mixed martial arts and Olympic weightlifting. All that time playing sports definitely took a toll on my body and created a litany of injuries and imbalances. Luckily my father is a chiropractor and was able to patch me up and keep me on the ice, in the ring or on the platform no matter what sport I was doing. All of my time spent going though the cycle of: injury, to rehab to recovery has given me insight into what you go though when you’re injured and how to get you back to doing what you love to do, whether that’s lifting barbells above your head or lifting your kids without pain. My approach to care not only involves getting you out of pain but also involves getting to the root cause of why the pain or injury happened in the first place.
