Jasreen earned her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Brunel University London in 2021. She takes an evidence-based approach to care, combining manual therapy, IMS (dry needling), and individualized exercise prescription to help clients move better and feel their best. She treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including TMJ dysfunction, and supports clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or returning to daily activities and sport. Jasreen emphasizes proper movement mechanics, strength, and mobility, tailoring each treatment plan to the individual. She incorporates IMS (dry needling) as part of her treatment approach to help reduce pain, release muscle tension, and support optimal recovery when appropriate. Jasreen is passionate about patient education and empowering clients with the tools they need to take an active role in their recovery and long-term health. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time at the gym and exploring new destinations.
To begin your journey toward recovery, please book an Initial Physiotherapy Assessment. This session is essential for us to thoroughly evaluate your condition, understand your medical history, and discuss your specific concerns. During this assessment, we will perform a detailed physical examination and develop a tailored treatment plan designed to address your goals and help you feel better. If you have a new injury, pain, or condition that hasn't been previously assessed, this is the first step in your treatment process.
