Sarah brings her own passion for strength training and movement into her work as a Registered Massage Therapist. As an avid lifter herself, she especially enjoys working with athletes, lifters and active individuals who want to recover well, move better and continue performing at a high level. Her treatment style is focused, intuitive, and individualized, with a particular interest in deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy. Sarah takes a whole body approach to treatment, looking beyond where it hurts to consider movement patterns, recovery and lifestyle factors that may be contributing to a person’s symptoms. She is passionate about working with people who are invested in their health and value movement, strength and a more natural approach to supporting their body. Sarah’s goal is to help her patients better understand their bodies while giving them the tools and treatment needed to keep doing what they love
