Hi, I’m Laurene! I completed the 2200-hour Massage Therapy program at MacEwan University in 2026, where I trained in various modalities, including therapeutic and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, joint mobilization, Swedish massage, and silicone cupping. During my training, I had the opportunity to work with diverse populations, including seniors, athletes, and individuals with various musculoskeletal concerns. I believe each treatment should be tailored to the client’s individual needs and goals. I’m passionate about continuing to learn and grow as a therapist while helping clients feel their best. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading a good book, cooking, and travelling when I get the chance.
