Hi, I’m Long Zuo, a Registered Acupuncturist and Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner. My path to Traditional Chinese Medicine is a personal one—I found my way to acupuncture during my own journey with depression. It was this profound personal healing experience that showed me the power of TCM to restore balance, not just in the body, but in the mind and spirit. This is why I am so passionate about supporting others who are navigating similar challenges with stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm. Beyond my clinical practice, I am deeply committed to advancing the field of TCM through education. I currently serve as a Clinic Supervisor at both the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (OCTCM) and TriOS College, where I also teach Acupuncture Technique. At OCTCM, I additionally hold the role of Teaching Assistant to the College Principal and teach Gynecology—a specialty that allows me to support women’s health with deep expertise. These roles reflect not only my commitment to clinical excellence but also my passion for mentoring the next generation of practitioners. In my own practice, I focus on creating a warm, safe, and non-judgmental space where you can truly unwind. I listen deeply, and together, we will work on a treatment plan that addresses your unique needs. Using gentle acupuncture, cupping, and mindful conversation, I aim to help you calm your nervous system, release stored tension, and rediscover a sense of peace and vitality. I believe that you are the expert of your own body. My role is to guide and empower you with insights from TCM and practical self-care techniques that you can use in your daily life. It would be my genuine honor to walk alongside you on your path to wellness. I am fluent in both English and Mandarin. Please don’t hesitate to reach out—I’m here to help.
