My transition to massage therapy comes from 15 years of work experience as a social worker, helping to promote the well-being of individuals in challenging life situations. Having become a mother to two rambunctious little boys, and then surviving cancer, I decided it was time to take my life in a new direction. It is my mission to switch my focus to building Zen into my own life, as well as those around me. I am Certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Therapy, and Pre and Perinatal Massage, and I've completed advanced trainingin oncology massage. I offer customized massages utilizing a combination techniques from a variety of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, Deep Massage, orthopedic, body mobilization, passive stretches, hot stones, Himalayan Salt Stones, aromatherapy, MLD, pre and peri natal and oncology massage with the intent to relieve pain, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.
