Jill grew up in Ottawa and attended the University of Ottawa for her undergraduate degree in Honours Biology. After a few years working at a multi-disciplinary sports medicine clinic, she went on to pursue her Masters in Physiotherapy and graduated from the University of Limerick in Ireland in 2022. Jill uses a combination of exercise, hands-on techniques and education when helping her patients decrease their pain levels and return to the activities they are most passionate about. She is committed to keeping people of all ages as strong and active as possible and engaged in the activities they love. She believes in working with her patients to develop a personalized care plan to help them achieve their goals in a way that works best for them. Jill also has experience in acute care and currently holds a position at Queensway Carleton Hospital. In her spare time, Jill is an avid gym goer who enjoys circuit training and weight lifting. She grew up playing competitive soccer, but now spends most of her time on a court or the beach playing volleyball.
