Hello Community! A little about me: I grew up an athlete in Washington State, and when I experienced the benefits of massage therapy I was hooked! I studied an 800hr massage program at the East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland Oregon and graduated in 2009. Since then, I have had additional training in Oncology massage, Thai massage, and Myofascial Release. I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor, graduating a 200hr training in Bali in 2017. I have worked with Chiropractors, Physical Therapists and Naturopaths. I have experience in the running industry, as well as the ski and snowboard industry. I absolutely love the human body and am happy to create individualized sessions for each of my clients. It would be an honor to work with you and be a part of your health & healing experience. Ann
