Hello My name is Melissa. I am the owner of Methods Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork, LLC. I am a Reflexologist and a Licensed Massage Therapist. I graduated from The School of Body Therapies in 2018. Received my License April 2019. My passion is to help people. My dream since I started this career was to open my own Massage Studio. My dream came true in Oct 2020 when the doors opened. My studio offers professional customize massages to fit your areas of concern. I provide Therapeutic/ Deep Tissue Massage. Specialty Massages include, Prenatal Massage, Reflexology, Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage Massage. We have add on's to enhance your massage session, Aromatherapy, Gua Sha, Foot Scrub, Cupping, Facial Cupping, Abdominal Cupping, Warm Himalayan Salt Stones, Warm Bamboo Sticks, and Herbal Therapy (CBD lotion) for an extra charge. Massage Therapy
A 60 minutes Deep Tissue / Therapeutic massage. Deep Tissue Massage provide a deeper pressure massage. This helps to release any tension in the muscle. Therapeutic Massage is light and relaxing.A lavender eye pillow will be placed on your eyes during this session.
Reflexology
This type Reflexology is done on your feet. Pressure is applied to your feet that are associated with the rest of your body. You are fully dress and under the covers, and your feet are the only part that are uncovered during the session. A lavender eye pillow will be placed on your eyes during this session. Provides balance, relaxation, and less pain.
