Janice graduated from the University of Alberta in the first Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy program and has been practicing as a physical therapist since 2006. In 2011, she partnered with a colleague and opened a busy sports and orthopedics clinic in Edmonton, Alberta, however the mountains and lakes drew Janice to Kelowna in 2024, where she has now set her roots. Janice has a keen interest in restoring movement patterns with IMS/dry needling. Having had close collaborations with chiropractors, The Bone & Joint Clinic, and hand therapists in the past, she has extensive experience working with necks and backs, shoulders, post-op hips and knees, and hand injuries. She is also certified in spinal manipulation and basic TCM acupuncture. Although petite, don’t underestimate her strength! Janice regularly works out, runs, and partakes in a wide range of activities such as pickleball, Pilates, skiing, golfing, and ball hockey.
