Harshada obtained her Bachelors of Physiotherapy honours degree from India followed by post graduation diploma in Exercise Sciences and Lifestyle Management from Guelph-Humber College. Harshada is licensed and registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario. Harshada has pursued a course in Introduction to Acupuncture and Dry Needling level 1, Kinesiology taping (KT Taping) as well as Complete Concussion Management Practitioner courses. Harshada has a special interest in Vestibular Rehabilitation and TMJ disorders. Harshada has also become a certified Pelvic Health Physiotherapist, completing her Level 3 in 2023. Harshada uses a client centred approach consisting of an initial assessment to determine the root cause of the problem, followed by education about the injury, prevention, and treatment with the help of different hands on manual therapy techniques, customized exercise programs and electrotherapy modalities for speedy and healthy recovery. In her free time, Harshada enjoys spending time with her family.
