With extensive training in modalities like Myofascial Release (JFB), Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy, Ashiatsu Barefoot Massage, and Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage, I bring a highly personalized and integrative approach to each session. My work goes beyond surface symptomsI look at each client as a whole, listening closely to their bodys unique story. Whether Im using light-touch techniques to gently guide fascia into release, or applying deep, broad strokes with the soles of my feet for more stubborn tension, my goal is always the same: to find the root cause of discomfort and support lasting healing. I offer a wide range of therapies, including Myofascial Release, Thai, Ashiatsu Barefoot, Deep Tissue, Swedish Relaxation, Hot Stone, Hot Bamboo, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Certified Lymphatic Drainage.
