Hi! My name is Dennis Hale and I am obsessed with Health, Fitness, Anti-Aging and Longevity. Personally I strive to be the best athlete I can be regardless of my age (currently 58 but only getting younger). I am devoted to my family, and my kids motivate me to be the youngest me I can be. I am a Medically Licensed Massage Therapist (2008) and have used several Modalities in my practice (Deep Tissue, Fascial Shearing, Hot Stone, Lymphatic, etc.) but prefer the hands on methods of Deep Tissue and Fascial Shearing. I am also a Health and Fitness Coach, Boxing/Kickboxing Instructor (group/personal), Sports Coach and Part-time Commercial Model/Actor. I absolutely love having a positive effect on people's lives both physically and spiritually!
An integrated approach to massage incorporates multiple styles or techniques to treat a range of issues. Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Effleurage, Myofascial release, and other techniques are applied as necessary to alleviate the pain, myo-skeletal misalignment, and dysfunction while also relaxing the patient. This session changes from person to person depending on the desired outcome. The session was made for the person that needs therapeutic relief with little pain.
