I have been a licensed massage therapist since 2011. I love helping relieve chronic pain conditions and enabling people to maintain their best lives moving forward. Some of my experience has been working with clients after surgeries to help with their rehabilitation and recovery alongside PT. I have had training in Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques (MAT), Intraoral Massage (which can help TMJ disorders), Muscle Energy Techniques (MET) (which work with the nervous system to improve range of motion), along with Swedish, Myofascial, Craniosacral, Cupping, Pregnancy, Scar Tissue Work, Sports, and Neuromuscular (NMT) Techniques.
