After completing my Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at York University, I went on to earn my MSc in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin. My passion for human movement, performance, rehabilitation, and long-term health has continued to evolve throughout my career as both a clinician and educator. Today, I specialize in helping individuals overcome chronic lower back pain, movement limitations, and performance-related injuries through a results-driven, evidence-based approach. My treatment philosophy focuses heavily on patient education, movement optimization, strength development, and empowering people to take ownership of their recovery so they can return stronger, more confident, and more resilient than before. My clinical approach combines hands-on therapy with exercise-focused rehabilitation and performance training. My skillset includes manual therapy, soft tissue release, acupuncture, dry needling, mobility and strength programming, and concussion management. I work with a wide range of individuals, from active adults and athletes to those simply looking to move and feel better in everyday life. Beyond the clinic, I am deeply involved in health, fitness, and education through content creation, coaching, and community wellness initiatives. I’m passionate about simplifying complex rehab and fitness concepts into practical strategies people can actually apply in their daily lives. Outside of work, I’ve always maintained an active lifestyle. Soccer has been a lifelong passion, and training continues to play a major role in my life through weightlifting, boxing, and Muay Thai. Whether in the clinic, online, or in the gym, my goal remains the same: helping people build stronger, healthier bodies that are truly built for motion.
