After graduating Elon College with a degree in Exercise Sports Science, Heather realized she wanted to work in the healthcare field in a holistic way. She pursued her education in massage therapy in 1999 after recognizing the power of healing touch. She began her bodywork career in a physical therapy setting where she became passionate about rehabilitative care and chronic pain management, and now has over 20 years of massage experience. Heather creates a relaxing space for her patients to facilitate healing and self realization. Her continuing education focus is on deep tissue, trigger point, prenatal, fertility, lymphatic, oncology massage and stretching techniques. Heather enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, taking her kids to the local parks and reading. She is originally from NY and has been in NC for 16 years.
