I began working as a massage therapist in 2016 after working as a physician for over 20 years. I know well the effect physical and mental stress has on the body and use bodywork as a way to counter that stress, alleviate soreness, and promote inner calm, I am experienced in Swedish, sports massage, and deep tissue work and use a blend of these as needed, individualized for each client. I also incorporate trigger point work and stretching as needed. I look forward to helping massage clients achieve physical and mental peace.
