A sixty minute initial pelvic health physiotherapy assessment for new clients. Please consider booking 2-3 biweekly follow-up appointments to ensure that your treatment is timely. These appointments may involve a pelvic exam and/or an assessment of your pelvic floor muscles, if you and your physiotherapist determine that would be helpful information to have. You do not need to do anything out of the norm to prepare for this, just come as you are.
