Heidi lived in Littleton, Colorado until her family moved to the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago when she was 5 years old. They eventually trickled back over the years to Colorado, including herself in 2005. She spent many years pursuing art because she had a talent for it but never truly had a passion for it. She started to realize a passion for Massage Therapy in her late twenties. After much self reflection and personal growth, this passion came to life in 2016 at the Colorado School of Healing Arts. In 2019, Heidi started fitness kickboxing classes at Personal Achievement Martial Arts. In October of 2022, her curiosity steered her to enrolling in Taekwondo. Her current goal is to achieve her Black Belt by April 2026. Heidi offers a range of massage services tailored to meet you needs, whether you're looking to unwind, relieve pain, recover, or enhance your performance. She integrates techniques from a variety of modalities to achieve optimal results in your sessions.
