I have been immersed in the wellness industry for over 10 years. My deep fascination with the connection between mind and body fuels my passion for lifelong learning and my desire to better understand what supports the body’s natural capacity to heal and adapt. My approach draws from a range of modalities, including therapeutic massage, myofascial techniques, breathwork, and Yoga Nidra. I thoughtfully integrate these practices into my treatments to support the whole person—not simply the area experiencing discomfort. I believe meaningful, lasting change is best supported through care that is collaborative and individualized. With a trauma-informed approach, I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, and connected to their bodies. Each treatment is adapted to the individual, with the intention of helping clients develop greater body awareness and practical tools they can carry beyond the treatment room. **What to Expect** Each session begins with a brief conversation to establish shared intentions and understand what your body needs that day, followed by mindfulness and guided breathing to help you settle, ground, and arrive fully in your body. From there, I draw from a blend of myofascial, Swedish, relaxation, and therapeutic techniques to create a treatment that is both responsive and intentional. Sessions may also incorporate breathwork and mindful movement when appropriate. To close, I provide individualized home-care recommendations to help you continue supporting your body and wellbeing between treatments. **Areas of Developing Practice** As I continue to develop my practice, I am particularly interested in working with pre- and postnatal clients and supporting people through the physical transitions that accompany pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. I am also continuing my education in oncology massage and Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), with these areas of training planned for completion by winter 2027. My goal is to develop a deeper understanding of how massage therapy can be safely and thoughtfully adapted to support clients through significant life and health transitions. Outside of my practice, I enjoy hiking, boating, crocheting, traveling, and continually exploring the connection between mind, body, and overall wellbeing. **Education & Training** - Bachelor of Science — Mount Royal University - Massage Therapy Diploma, 2,200 hours — Mount Royal University - Numa Somatic Breathwork Facilitator - Yoga Nidra Practitioner — 60 hours - Ashtanga Yoga Training — 200 hours - Kundalini Yoga Training — 200 hours - Myofascial Release Training - Trauma-Informed Massage Therapy Certificate - Upcoming: Oncology Massage Training — completion anticipated summer 2027 - Upcoming: Dr. Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) Training — Level 3 completion anticipated winter 2027

MLD - Initial Assessment and Treatment
New PatientGeneral

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) uses specific massage techniques with slow movements, specific direction and very light pressure to assist our body to refresh and rejuvenate its fluid. It is not a muscular massage. It encourages the lymphatic system to absorb and transport lymph more effectively, as it works as a waste disposal unit, transporting toxins, bacteria, excess fluid and metabolic wastes produced by our cells, out of our bodies and boosting our immune system.
