I have been practicing massage therapy since 2016. I also have a Bachelors degree in Psychology and a certification in the philosophy and practice of yoga. I believe in whole person wellness through the connection of mind, body and spirit. I am very interested in Somatics and employ nervous system regulating techniques. I love to read and learn new things; always expanding my range of therapeutic knowledge. I have studied various modalities, such as: Swedish, lymphatic drainage, gua sha, cupping, acupressure, reflexology, cranio sacral, deep tissue, orthopedic, myofascial release, body sculpting, hot stones, aromatherapy and prenatal. These are some of my favorite modalities to incorporate into a session. I will do whatever I can to help you feel like your best self!
