Jennifer received her Master’s in Physical Therapy from McGill University in 2023. Prior to this, she received her bachelor’s in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa. Beyond the classroom, she brings a unique perspective shaped by her background as a competitive gymnast and coach. Jennifer is also certified in pelvic floor physiotherapy with a specialization in female urinary incontinence. Through her education and experience as an athlete, she understands the impact that pelvic health has on the body and strives to provide an open and welcoming environment for her clients. With a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription and patient education, she hopes to empower clients to take charge of their care and provide evidence-based treatments to facilitate the process. Outside of the clinic, Jennifer enjoys staying active with friends and family through bouldering and running as well as creative hobbies including drawing and crocheting.
