Dr. Piotr is Co-Founder and treating physical therapist at Team Sapiens. Born in Bialystok (Poland) his family moved to Chicago when he was 3 years old. He attended UIC for his undergraduate degree completing a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology, and obtained his clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Midwestern University. He was team co-captain and earned All-Conference honors for high school varsity baseball, regularly plays 5-on-5 basketball, and is now an avid rock climber. Community Outreach: Volunteers for the Chicago Adaptive Climbing Club. Interests: hip/shoulder/spine, chronic pain, mobility development, injury prevention, movement coordination, the brain. During the initial evaluation we will spent extensive time understanding you musculoskeletal issue through detailed history and clinical examination. After the exam we will educate you on our findings, and initiate a treatment plan specifically tailored to you and your situation.
