Dr. Nicole Uomoto is an avid CrossFit athlete and former distance runner who understands, firsthand, what it takes for the body to move and adapt well. That experience shapes how she practices: rather than chasing pain or symptoms, she focuses on the nervous system first — because a nervous system that's working well is what lets you actually notice your life. Better sleep. Clearer focus. The ability to catch what your body's telling you before it becomes a bigger problem. Her goal for every patient is simple: move well, feel lighter, and stay tuned in to your own body.
ESTABLISHED PATIENTS ONLY. This is a 20-minute, one-on-one treatment session designed to support how your body and nervous system are adapting over time. Each visit always includes a focused chiropractic adjustment, with additional supportive approaches—such as movement-based work, soft-tissue techniques, or other therapies like low-level laser or dry needling—incorporated as needed based on how your body is responding that day. Care is guided by your body’s feedback, allowing each session to adapt as you do.
