Harmeet first discovered a passion for healing others when she experienced first-hand how massage helped her own aches and pains. With over fifteen years of experience her career as a RMT has spanned many disciplines, treating individuals with: sports injuries, TMJ, pre/post natal, post-operative and chronic pain conditions. Through this knowledge and experience she has created a unique technique and approach that combines relaxation and trigger point therapy. Having suffered from migraines and headaches herself as a teen, Harmeet has honed her skills, determined to find a solution to one of the most debilitating and misunderstood conditions. Her success in returning people back to their day, relatively headache-free, has even coined her the nickname, The Headache Whisperer. She takes a holistic approach, creating a unique treatment plan to best serve each client’s individual needs. Don’t be fooled by her small stature - her hands (and elbow) pack a mean punch.
