Smriti is a dedicated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist with extensive experience in both clinic and community settings across Canada. She holds a Master’s degree in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy and brings over three years of international experience in in-clinic and community-based rehabilitation. Her clinical expertise includes treating sports injuries, musculoskeletal conditions, post-operative rehabilitation, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) disorders, supported by specialized certification in TMJ management. Smriti is passionate about empowering her clients through education, customized exercise programs, and goal-oriented home exercise plans (HEP) that foster long-term recovery and self-management. She integrates hands-on manual therapy techniques, functional retraining, and evidence-based rehabilitation strategies to help patients move better, recover faster, and enhance overall well-being. Smriti’s patient-centered approach emphasizes building trust, setting realistic goals, and creating tailored care plans that align with each individual’s needs and lifestyle. Outside of her professional practice, Smriti enjoys maintaining an active and creative lifestyle. She is passionate about fitness, yoga, and dance, and in her free time, she loves painting and spending quality moments with family and friends.
