Chelsey Forbes is a Registered Massage Therapist, yoga teacher, and Positive Psychology Wellbeing Coach who is passionate about helping people reduce pain, regulate their nervous systems, and cultivate greater wellbeing through both hands-on care and practical, evidence-informed education. A graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Victoria (3,000-hour program, 2009), Chelsey brings over 15 years of clinical experience to her practice. She is known for providing thoughtful, personalized care, tailoring every treatment to each person’s unique health history, goals, and needs. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, navigating pregnancy, or simply looking to reduce stress and tension, her goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and empowered in your care. Inspired by her passion for whole-person wellbeing, Chelsey also created Learn to Live Optimally, where she offers live online yoga programs for women that combine gentle movement, nervous system education, positive psychology, mindfulness, and practical wellbeing tools. Her intention is to help women not only feel better in the moment, but develop lifelong skills that support greater calm, resilience, and overall wellbeing. Chelsey has a special interest in supporting youth, young adults, mothers, and women through life’s many transitions.
