Registered Physiotherapist Allie graduated from Western University with a Master of Physical Therapy degree and also holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Human Kinetics from the University of Windsor. Her passion for physiotherapy developed through a lifelong involvement in sport, having participated in hockey, soccer, track and field, and field hockey. Throughout her education, she gained valuable experience as a university student athletic therapist and as a strength and conditioning intern with Canada Basketball. These experiences strengthened her appreciation for individualized care, teamwork, and helping people achieve meaningful goals. Allie enjoys working with patients of all ages and activity levels, from young athletes striving to return to sport, to older adults who simply want to move with greater confidence and stay active. She believes in creating a supportive and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, empowered, and confident throughout their rehabilitation journey. Her treatment approach combines education, exercise, and evidence-informed care to help patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they enjoy most. Outside of the clinic, Allie enjoys staying active through sports and exercise, spending time outdoors, and relaxing with family and friends at the cottage. She also has a passion for travel and adventure and has been skydiving several times, including in Australia.
