Dr. Sarah Macchi, H.B.Kin, D.C. Sarah has a long history in athletics including competitive gymnastics and freestyle wrestling. She was a certified fitness instructor and personal trainer for several years and continues to stay active by running, biking, skiing and strength training. As an athlete, Sarah understands that injuries can be frustrating and strives to help you get back to your normal daily activities or sport as quickly as possible. She has a passion for treating active minded patients who want to feel good, function well, and be healthy. Sarah graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology degree from Lakehead University. She attended Northwestern College of Chiropractic in Minneapolis, Minnesota where she graduated Summa Cum Laude and has been in chiropractic practice since 2002. Dr. Macchi is on the postgraduate faculty at National University of Health Sciences in Chicago, Illinois and teaches chiropractors and chiropractic students throughout Canada, the United States, South America and Europe for the Motion Palpation Institute. Sarah incorporates a variety of manual therapy techniques into her practice. She is certified by the Motion Palpation Institute, is a certified ART and GrastonTechnique provider, as well as a DNS Certified Practitoner and DNS Certified Exercise Trainer.
