Donggi is a graduate of the Langara College Massage Therapy Program. He incorporates a variety of techniques in his treatments including Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations and stretches to address soft-tissue limitations. However, he firmly believes in active therapy for long-lasting results and educates patients on load management and exercise options. He strives to provide his patients with the knowledge and support they need to stay active in their own health care.
