Estela Gallardo has been in service to humanity and the Holistic Healing Arts for a little over thirty years and brings a kaleidoscope of Ancestral healing teachings and modalities to each individual session. Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Using specially-designed cushions and side-lying positioning, the therapist works to alleviate the discomforts that are often associated with pregnancy including (but not limited to): edema, sacral pain, hip discomfort, neck and shoulder pain, abdominal discomfort and sleep problems.
