Meet Rachel Teffs. She studied massage therapy/medical massage in 2006 at the University of Healing Arts. While Rachel practiced massage therapy, she continued her education receiving a B.B.A in Business at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. Rachel's heart is in massage therapy and she is a believer in the restorative benefits that massage therapy has on the mind, body and soul. She has taken over 100 hours on sports massage, stretching, hot stones, reflexology, prenatal and relaxation massage. Recently adding cupping to her skillset. She has worked in Maumelle, Arkansas for 12 years. Before massage therapy, Rachel worked in a physical therapy clinic working with rehabilitation and teaching pain management with patients.
