Dr. Peyton Smith is a graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and McMaster University. Dr. Peyton has an extensive athletic background, having played soccer at a competitive level for many years - this included her time with both the McMaster varsity women’s soccer team and League1 Ontario teams in Southern Ontario. Her experience as an athlete and working with athletes of all ages has provided her with invaluable insights into the physical demands of various sports, enabling her to tailor her approach effectively to meet the unique needs of each individual she encounters. Throughout her time working in chiropractic and rehabilitation, she has acquired considerable expertise in addressing a spectrum of injuries including low back and neck pain, extremity injuries, workplace and repetitive strain injuries, chronic pain, post-surgical rehabilitation and concussions. Dr. Peyton employs a diverse array of techniques, including manual therapies, acupuncture, and therapeutic exercise, to create a treatment plan that meets each individual’s needs and anatomical nuances. Her personalized approach supports all patients as they achieve their unique goals, whether it involves getting back to daily activities or meeting the rigorous demands of elite sports participation. Outside of the office, Dr. Peyton can be found training for her next Hyrox, playing guitar, or exploring new hobbies from surfing and boxing to photography.
