Kenneth’s passion for learning about human movement and anatomy led to the completion of a BSc. in Honours Kinesiology at McMaster University, after which he completed his Master’s in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. From a young age, Kenneth has always been heavily involved in competitive sports such as volleyball, rugby, and badminton. Naturally, in these years as an athlete, he has also had his fair share of injuries. Kenneth’s extensive experiences as a patient to the rehabilitation process has played a huge role in the development of his dedication to helping others return to the activities or sports that they love. Treatment sessions with Kenneth will include a combination of manual therapy, movement and postural analysis, and exercise prescription. Most importantly, Kenneth aims to ensure that these treatment strategies are incorporated with a plan of care that has been tailored towards achieving each patient’s individualized goals. Outside of work, you will often find Kenneth at the gym working on his personal strength and conditioning, at the volleyball courts playing pick up or at his local Muay Thai gym. Kenneth is also a huge basketball fan, being involved in multiple fantasy basketball leagues and watching every Raptors game whenever he gets the chance. Aside from sports, Kenneth also spends his down time relaxing or walking trails with his mini schnauzer Toby.
