Originally from South Florida, I received my initial massage training from Florida College of Natural Health in 2003. I was drawn to be a massage therapist because I loved learning about the body and helping others feel better. I was drawn to pain relief and studied Active Release Technique initially from Doctor Leahy traveling around the country that would be my basis of my practice for years to come. Though I did not study Structural Integration like Rolfing due to the challenge of moving to Colorado to learn through their prestigious program, I personally received Rolfing in Charlotte and consider it's work an inspiration to how I massage today.
